In 2021, following BAROQUE's indefinite hiatus, [ kei ] began working in earnest as a solo artist. As a new challenge, he will release four new songs in succession to coincide with the monthly live shows that have been held for four consecutive months since February. The third new album is "PIXIE". As with the past, [ kei ] himself has produced this work in total, including lyrics, composition, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.

    Born on August 12th A singer-songwriter and guitarist who handles all aspects of guitar, vocals, lyrics, composition, arrangement, production, engineering, and artwork. She also engages in a wide range of activities as a musician, including participating in events and songs as a guitarist, and producing and providing music as a producer and guitarist. While building her career as a guitarist and composer for BAROQUE (indefinitely on hiatus) and kannibalism, she started a solo project under the name "Kei" in 2009. In the same year, she released two albums, "silktree" and "for a fleeting moment." In 2019, she restarted her solo project for the first time in about 10 years and held her first one-man live. This year, she released her first instrumental album, "4 deus.", and was in charge of all composition, arrangement, performance, recording, mixing, and mastering. In 2021, with BAROQUE's indefinite hiatus, he began his career as a solo artist in earnest. From here, she will stand in the center of the stage as the guitar and vocalist. In January 2022, she announced her instrumental album "utopia." On December 26th and 27th of the same year, she announced at her first two-day live show held at Shibuya STREAM Hall that she would change her artist name from "Kei" to "[ kei ]". Furthermore, "MIRACLE", which was performed for the first time at her main performance, will be released as a single work under the name [ kei ] on March 1, 2023. Also, on June 22 of the same year, during a one-man live at SHIBUYA PLEASURE PLEASURE, she suddenly announced that she would be leaving the agency she had been with for the past 22 years. Following this, at his birthday live held at Veats Shibuya on August 12th, he titled his concert "-365," expressing his determination to spend the next year evolving until he becomes the best [ kei] he envisions. When the countdown reached "0" on August 12th, he held a solo concert at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall), the biggest project of his career as an artist. [ kei ] will present his evolutionary process to the world through his live performances and works.
