The Shimane Edition of the INO TADATAKA KAIWAI 47 Prefectures Series.

September 12 marks an important moment in Shimane history. On this day in 1881, Tottori Prefecture was reestablished, helping form the prefectural area that would become present day Shimane.
To commemorate this historical date, the Shimane Edition is released on September 12.

After visiting Izumo Taisha to pray for a special connection, one man realizes that waiting may not be enough. So he decides to start walking and search for it himself, heading toward Lake Shinji and Matsue Castle.

Along the way, Shimane specialties such as Izumo soba, akaten, nodoguro, and Shimane wagyu join the journey.
