Wonderland Blur

This is a story told from the perspective of a guy dealing with both astigmatism and presbyopia (aging eyes). His blurry, out-of-focus view of the world is his own personal "Wonderland."

But it makes him agonize over whether he's seeing the same things as "you," with your crystal-clear vision. He wonders, "Maybe this warped scenery is my truth, you know?"

Even though the world is noisy and lacks sharpness, he's desperately trying to find your outline-reaching out for you, knowing you're really there. It's basically him screaming that even if your realities are different, he just wants to be next to you.
