In June 2020, at a shrine in the mountains of Takachiho, Miyazaki,
we offered Miki, the sacred drink that connects the gods, people, and nature,
and prayed. At that moment, we received this message:

Carry the voice of the sea to the mountains,
carry the voice of the mountains to the sea.
Become the river that connects the sea and the mountains.
Then Mother Earth, and you as well, will be reborn.

This song was born from that message.

It carries the wish that we humans may once again remember
the magnificent role of listening to the voices of the sea, the mountains, the forests, and all of nature,
and supporting the beautiful cycle of life-
so that together with the natural world,
we can create a hopeful, new Earth.
