Jingle bells

"Jingle bells (Arr. Yuki Ishihara)" is now available for streaming, from the debut CD "Carol of the Cello" by the JNO Cello Quartet. Formed by four cellists from the Japan National Orchestra - Keisuke Morita, Yuya Mizuno, Urara Katsuki, and Kenji Sasaki - the JNO Cello Quartet has released its first CD in December 2025 as part of a long-awaited Christmas project. This recording features a beautifully blended ensemble performance by the four musicians. Drawing on their classical technique and sensitivity, they bring beloved Christmas songs to life with the rich, warm sound unique to the cello. The arrangements, led by JNO violinist Yuki Ishihara and partially crafted by the quartet members themselves, are filled with depth and warmth. The joy and camaraderie among the performers shine through in every note, making this a heartwarming release that gently wraps around the listener.
