Open your eyes, the world is waiting for you
A beautiful breeze is blowing right through
Leave all your worries behind in the shade
A brand new moment has just been made
Feel the warm sun kissing your skin
This is where the magic will begin
The deep blue sky is calling your name
You're not the same, you're ready again
Aloha, aloha, feel the sun so bright
Everything is gonna be alright
Step into the light, feel the warm embrace
With a peaceful smile upon your face
Welcome back to the beautiful day
Your heart is light, your mind is so clear
There is nothing left for you to fear
Like a palm tree swaying in the wind
A beautiful journey is about to begin
Aloha, aloha, feel the sun so bright
Everything is gonna be alright
Step into the light, feel the warm embrace
With a peaceful smile upon your face
Welcome back to the beautiful day
Softly, gently, the power returns
A little spark inside of you burns
You are refreshed, you are alive
Now is the perfect time to thrive
Aloha, aloha, feel the sun so bright
Everything is gonna be alright
Step into the light, feel the warm embrace
With a peaceful smile upon your face
Welcome back to the beautiful day
Welcome back, welcome back

Give yourself the ultimate 20-minute escape from your busy daily routine.
"Pau Hana Nap" is a specially designed Hawaiian ambient album crafted using the latest research in music psychology and sleep science to maximize the benefits of your afternoon power nap.
The album beautifully addresses two crucial phases of a short sleep: "how to transition into a deep relaxation state within the first 5 minutes" and "how to wake up with a clear mind and a profound sense of happiness in the final 3 minutes." Across its 10 carefully sequenced tracks, both tempo (BPM) and acoustic design are scientifically controlled to guide your mind.
The first half of the album (Tracks 1 to 5) features a gradual deceleration from 65 BPM to 55 BPM to naturally lower your heart rate. The gentle, swaying melodies of traditional Hawaiian slack-key guitar and ukulele are blended with ambient nature sounds, including soothing ocean waves and a 1/f-noise breeze. This instrumental-focused opening keeps your language center resting, guiding your brain waves from Alpha to Theta to ensure a deep, restorative sleep in a short window of time.
After a gentle transition mid-album, the final phase (Tracks 8 to 10) introduces beautifully resonant Hawaiian vocals. The rich vowel sounds of the Hawaiian language are inherently soothing and act as "Mana" (spiritual energy) to gently fill your consciousness. Lyrics celebrating the sunshine, pure joy, and the vitality of a fresh start ride on an increasingly upbeat island groove, bringing you back to full alertness.
The moment you open your eyes, you will be filled with an overwhelming sense of happiness and positivity-as if you have just spent a luxurious, lazy afternoon under the shade of a palm tree in Hawaii.
Perfect for your lunch break at the office, a quick rest during remote work, or a weekend recharge. Simply press play, close your eyes, and transform your space into a private tropical paradise. Get ready to conquer the rest of your day.
Wishing you a beautiful afternoon wrapped in the warm breeze of Aloha.
