[Intro]
Yeah
SCAR DIVISION
GM MICK
[Verse 1]
Midnight shadows, walking through the cold concrete
Heavy bassline pulsing right beneath my feet
Countless battles left a mark upon the soul
Turned the rough edges into something made of gold
Stepping through the smoke, never compromised
Truth stays clear when you look into my eyes
Raw ink, hard truth, standing in the light
Scar Division crew moving heavy in the night
[Chorus]
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Turn the struggle into power, wash away the pain
SCAR DIVISION, yeah we stand so tall
Branded in the soul, we will never fall
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Pure heavy rhythm running through my veins
[Verse 2]
No fake promises, strictly for the real
Grinding in the dark, giving rhythm to the steel
Every line written got a price that was paid
Honoring the path and the choices that we made
Smoke in the air, glass lifted to the sky
Underneath the stars, watching days go by
Legacy in motion, building up the name
Never for the hype, strictly for the game
[Chorus]
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Turn the struggle into power, wash away the pain
SCAR DIVISION, yeah we stand so tall
Branded in the soul, we will never fall
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Pure heavy rhythm running through my veins
[Verse 3]
Years keep moving but the code remains the same
Built from every loss, every scar became a name
Never chased the spotlight, never begged for respect
Let the rhythm tell the story, let the truth connect
From the cracked-up streets to the lights upon the stage
Still carrying the lessons written deep across the page
Honor where we came from, keep the future in our sight
SCAR DIVISION moving forward through the night
[Final Chorus]
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Turn the struggle into power, wash away the pain
SCAR DIVISION, yeah we stand so tall
Branded in the soul, we will never fall
Riding through the city in the midnight rain
Pure heavy rhythm running through my veins
[Outro]
Yeah
Keep your head up
Never forget where you came from
SCAR DIVISION
Yeah, that's right
