A word phrase that we have heard so often that we are tired of hearing it, and its repetition is familiar, for better or worse.
The song progresses over a chord progression that shares the same etymology.
What do you think of its meaning?

Either way, the song goes on and time passes faster than you think.
Unlike words, time does not repeat itself.
