Originally composed in 2018 for a children's musical performed in a planetarium, this sweeping orchestral piece draws inspiration from iconic film scores, capturing the grandeur and wonder of space exploration.

Aboard the Little Space Shuttle, children journey through mysterious planets, each filled with new emotions - curiosity, excitement, and sometimes, quiet melancholy.
In 2023, the story was reimagined with a new cast, and this theme song once again played a central role.
Today, it remains one of the most cherished and enduring songs within the Little Musical Tokyo repertoire.

Artist Profile

takako jennings
Composer, Arranger, Orchestrator, and Keyboardist. Raised in Australia during childhood, I later returned to Japan and majored in composition at university, followed by graduate studies in film music. After completing my graduate degree, I began my professional career as an assistant to Joe Hisaishi. Since then, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, including films, TV dramas, and commercials, gaining extensive experience in high-level productions. As an orchestrator and copyist, I have collaborated with composers across different generations and genres, supporting music production at the forefront of the industry. After dedicating time to raising my children, I have resumed my journey to share my own music with the world. I am currently releasing works that I have cherished over the years, including orchestral-based soundtracks and vocal tracks featuring Synthesizer V. Embracing this era where individual artists can share their music globally, I aim to reach more listeners and connect through my sound. I hope that the music I have nurtured will touch someone's heart and open the door to new worlds.
