"There is meaning in the bitterness."
POLICE dog's 4th single, "Espresso," is a track that captures a relatable rite of passage-pretending to be more grown-up than we are and struggling to be honest with ourselves. The song metaphorically overlays these complex emotions onto a cup of "bitter espresso you can't actually drink."
Clocking in at a fast-paced 1 minute and 40 seconds, this catchy, signature POLICE dog track seamlessly blends the driving energy of up-tempo band sound with infectious pop hooks. Resonating pop sounds gently melt away the bittersweet, soft twilight of those days.
