    アメリカ合衆国コロラド州生まれ。幼い頃からピアノとバイオリンを学び、映画音楽や近現代〜ロマン派オーケストラの曲に関心を持つ。十代になるとニュー・ウェイヴやプログレに影響を受けてオリジナル曲を次々と書き、バンドやソロ・アーティストとして披露。 1988年に米『キーボード』誌の “Discoveries” に有望アーティストとしてピックアップされ、地元デンバー市のラジオ局にも取り上げられる。 その後、カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス市近郊にある、音楽専門学校に入学。ここでの日本人留学生との出会いをきっかけに、日本文化と日本語に関心を持ち始めた。 1993年に来日。その後、しばらく音楽活動からは距離を置く。 名古屋のメディア関連会社に勤務後、2002年からフリーランス翻訳者に。ただ、やはり音楽への思いは捨てきれず、徐々に作曲活動を再開。 2021年にSoundCloudで「Some Kind Of Pain」を公開。その後も、自ら作曲家、キーボード奏者、プロデューサーを務め、砂池真一やエリカ・シッフ (Erika Schiff)、ラーズ・エッドヴォール (Lars Edvall) など有名なセッション・ミュージシャンの力を借りて完成させた作品を配信中。また、2024年春に現代社会の「余分なモノ」と儚さをテーマにして「Modern-Day World」（シングル）を公開し、中近東で人気上昇中のボーカリスト NELLY TGM とのコラボでオルタナティブとポップ・ロックの境界線を切り開いた。 これからも自身の記憶に残ったクラシック音楽や80年代のニュー・ウェイヴ、プログレッシブロック、フュージョン・ラテン系を融合させながら楽曲の世界観を広くし、新たなサウンドを世に出し続けたい。
