• DJ HiRO

  Born in Saitama Prefecture. He has had a strong interest in music since his teens and has been exposed to a wide range of genres from Japanese rock to classical music. In particular, his experience of about 10 years of classical music has laid the foundation for his current musical activities. His career as a DJ began when he witnessed DJ KYOKO's performance at OTODAMA SEA STUDIO held on Zushi Beach in Kanagawa Prefecture. This sparked his passion for DJing. From the summer of 2018, he trained for about two years under Funkygong and Michiru at the International DJ & Production School (IDPS), and established Progressive House as his main genre. In the spring of 2019, he made his debut as a professional DJ at Nakameguro Solfa, and in the summer of 2020, he appeared at "ageHa summer 2020" after passing a rigorous audition. From the summer of 2023, he will join the TOKYO DJ Club and challenge new genres such as House, EDM, R&B, and HIPHOP, further expanding his musicality. His playing style is characterized by his attitude as an "expressive artist" who places importance on selecting songs with a theme. Currently, in addition to his DJ activities, he is also focusing on music production using DTM, and continues to take on new challenges.
