Nahoko Kakiage has been pursuing a female chorus recording since the days of "The Eccentric Opera". "Requiem" is her third album since she became a Solo artist.
The chorus work of this album is like syomyo (Japanese Buddhist chant) or Bulgarian voice. Orchestration with a magnificent strings like"BARBER'S ADAGIO FOR STRINGS".
The beat is heavy electro like Portishead or Arca. And her songs with beautiful lyrics of Japanese guide us to an unknown world.

Collaborated with leading Japanese musicians such as Fumiaki Miyamoto, Taro Hakase, Yoshiko Kishino, and Taku Iwasaki, Hiroshi Matsui.Produced commercial music for Japan-based conglomerates, such as Kirin, Panasonic, and Olympus. Founder of the Japanese all-female a cappella group Ensemble Planēta.
