Every rock shore angler on the Izu Peninsula has probably wondered at least once about the West Izu Nishina spot known as [Ojigagoshi] Who named it? What does the name truly mean? Yet once the fishing begins, those questions fade away, and you find yourself completely absorbed. How many people still know the origin of that name today?
