Lyric

"Sakihokore" (roughly, "Bloom in Full Glory") is KNOX's anthem of love and pride for Japan itself: a land watched over by eight million gods, shaped by the changing seasons, carried forward by generations who rose again and again through hardship. The song opens on scenes of cherry blossoms and ancestral prayer, moves through the bonds forged among the ruins, and quietly confronts the memory of being the only nation ever struck by an atomic bomb, before turning that pain into a vow for peace. In the pre-bridge comes a fierce line of resolve: this land, guarded at the cost of lives, will not be given up in silence. Koto and taiko weave through soaring rock guitars, and the final chorus explodes into a declaration of Yamato spirit. Proud, elegant, and fiercely alive, this is KNOX's tribute to the beauty and resilience of Japan.
