1997.

Iceman's "BREATHLESS NIGHT SLIDER" was released.

At the time, I was strongly drawn to its worldview.
I felt like I was only losing things, unable to see love.
I couldn't see the future either.

I wanted to become someone, but I couldn't become anyone.

With such frustration and loneliness,
I lived like I was gliding through the night.

Five years later.

My musical activities,
in pursuit of my dreams, came to a major setback.

Synthesizers, vocal school, music production.
I poured time, money, and passion into it.
But reality was different from the future I had envisioned.

A sense of loss.
A sense of defeat.
And a sense of emptiness so profound that I lost myself.
I learned that life doesn't always go as planned.
But the story didn't end there.

I studied psychology, interacted with people,
wrote books, and experienced various encounters and partings.
I tasted success and failure, joy and sorrow.

And now, 2026.

25 years after that day,
I am once again facing music.

This time, not to become someone else.

Not to be recognized by anyone.

To express my own life.

is a letter to my past self from 25 years ago,
and an answer song from someone who survived a long night.

Even the days I thought I was only losing,
in retrospect, were precious times that shaped my life.

The love I couldn't see,
the light I didn't notice, were actually there all along.

To the lonely boy of that day.

And to someone who continues to run
through the night of life even now.

Lost in the dark, I searched for the light.
Now I Hold It All.
