"Otoko No Roman Onna No Fuman" (A Man's Romance, A Woman's Complaint) is a comedic love song by singer-songwriter Ryoji Motoishi about the everyday friction between a couple who cannot quite understand each other, and love each other anyway. He clings to his "romance", a dusty model kit, worn out jeans, sneakers, a wristwatch, motorcycle parts, while she cuts straight through his excuses with blunt honesty. The two are like magnets of the same pole, always pushing apart yet somehow never able to fully separate. Underneath the bickering, real affection keeps slipping through, and the song ends with a quiet "sorry", "please understand" and "thank you". A fun, upbeat pop track that turns classic couple arguments into something warm and funny.
