"Different Kind of Normal" is an album about everyday life changing after developing a wheat allergy.

Eating out, choosing food, asking questions, and reading ingredients all became part of a new routine. Things that once felt effortless began to require more attention, more planning, and a different way of moving through everyday life.

Rather than focusing only on the difficulties, this album explores the new habits, kindness, self-awareness, and small discoveries that came with that change.

There is more than one way for life to feel normal.
