Tamura Tsutomu, late guitarist of fusion-prog band PENTAGRAM, was unparalelled in his open chord voicings, beautiful tone, and impeccable phrasing that ranged from blistering presto to mellow largo.
PENTAGRAM was a band known for an outstanding repertoire and accomplished technical ability.
Now, previously unreleased PENTAGRAM material will be compiled as a tribute to the late virtuoso.
Titled 'Engraved,' and consisting of tracks left by Tsutomu that were further refined by his friends for this release,
this album is sure to mark a remaining sigil in the grimoire of Japanese Progressive music.
