HIRUTA, a Tokyo-based rapper and singer from Chiba, Japan, first discovered his passion for music at 19 after attending TOKIO Shaman, a live event curated by Shaka Bose. Growing up, he was drawn to band sounds during junior high and later immersed himself in hip-hop in high school. These experiences shaped his melodic yet fluid style, blending rap and melody to create songs that reflect everyday emotions with raw honesty. Working mainly with type beats, HIRUTA delivers straightforward lyrics and dynamic flows, balancing quiet intensity with expressive energy. After independently releasing tracks on SoundCloud, HIRUTA launched his first official EP, Tachikogi!!, on October 29, 2025. Much like standing up on a bike and pushing forward, the record captures both momentum and introspection marking the true beginning of his artistic journey.
