We want universal healthcare (Radio Edit)

Omen44

Big pharma worst drug dealers

Keep politics out of the picture

Family business I run like Sackler

They took away Medicare now we here

I swear these sickos don't care

Bribing officials for they share

What they did to Clinton healthcare

DOGE after our SS too bra

Project 2025 beware

These officers out to blast ya smoke ya

Acting like a storm trooper

Heil Hitler

They bring drama like a Latin novella

Send you to a ICU in El Salva

Remember vaccines ain't bad for ya

But heroine nah bra

I won't pretend that I intend to stop living

I won't pretend I'm good at forgiving

Welcome to the broligarch

Treasure these words like Noah's ark

Bitch that's misogyny so stop it

Listen to me carefully I'm here to help

I use to push wax for my living

Getting high with my peoples touring

Drug store cowboys on molly's

Price was cheap like Algodones

Market price 500

Gave it to us 70 no tariff

Be aware of the counterfeit pills

Fentanyl killed Tom Petty and Prince

They say healthcare is communist

And that's called red scare

They want to keep it in a private sector

Pharmacy benefit managers

I won't pretend that I intend to stop living

I won't pretend I'm good at forgiving

    Lyric

The album title "u.s." embodies a dual meaning: 'U.S.', referring to the powerful nation of the United States, and 'us,' referring to the people who live within it. This duality reflects the tension between the individual and the state, exploring how political and social systems can divide people even as they are collectively defined as "u.s." The album examines the contradictions between national identity, shared belonging, and the structures that separate individuals from one another.

Artist Profile

  • Omen44

Some artists build careers. Omen44 built a world. A New York MC with deep roots in both the American underground and the Japanese hip-hop scene, Omen44 has spent over a decade operating at a level most artists cannot imagine - not because he crossed over, but because he went further. His catalog spans ten projects that stretch from the gritty, era-defining boom-bap of Brooklyn to the avant-garde corners of Tokyo, linking cultures through the universal language of real hip-hop. He has shared space with Kool Keith, Tragedy Khadafi, Craig G, Boot Camp Click, Planet Asia, Skyzoo, Statik Selektah, Snowgoons, and Japanese artists Gradis Nice and BudaMunk - not as a featured act, but as an equal voice and creative force. His 2024 album Year of the Dragon stands as a kaleidoscope of electro, drums and bass, and jazz-infused hip-hop that sounds like no one else working today. Now, with his new single 'Games People Play' and the upcoming Labor Day 2026 album on the horizon, Omen44 enters his most intentional campaign to date. Not trending. Not chasing. Just arriving - exactly on time. The signal. Not the noise.
