Memography is a new album by Ryota Kikuchi, woven together as if turning over fragments of memory one by one.
Scenes that suddenly return in everyday life, words that remain in the heart, and feelings for someone dear.
Built around a quiet acoustic sound, the album portrays days gone by and the days still to come through gentle melodies and a delicate voice.
While carrying the lingering traces of farewell and memory, it leaves behind a warmth that gently pushes the listener forward.
Kikuchi Ryota is a singer-songwriter whose music is inspired by the small moments of everyday life. Centering his activities around acoustic guitar and heartfelt vocals, he captures ordinary scenes and turns them into songs that feel both intimate and universal. In addition to live performances, he also creates and arranges music using DTM (desktop music production), expanding his sound beyond the acoustic field. Beyond music, he is active in a wide range of fields, including radio and TV commercial narration. In 2013, he joined Furukawa Honpo project as the main vocalist. Kikuchi Ryota music does not gently allow you to keep your head down. As you listen, it makes you quietly want to lift your face, to take wider steps. And in your gaze, there is always a blue sky. Songs that suit the blue sky so well - they make you feel kind to yourself, no matter who you are. (Develop a feeling of respect for R.F)
