"Party Time" marks the debut album of the New Stream Brass Band, a vibrant, multinational ensemble hailing from Singapore. Inspired by the New Orleans style brass band music, the group was formed in 2014 and has since been igniting stages with soulful rhythms and vibrant energy, blending the essence of New Orleans with a unique local flavor. Celebrating their 10th anniversary, this album is a milestone that encapsulates the band's journey. Featuring three original tracks, each composed by a different band member, "Party Time" showcases a rich tapestry of sounds, reflecting the diverse musical backgrounds and creative voices within the band.

  • New Stream Brass Band

    New Stream Brass Band is the first-ever Singapore-based New Orleans style brass band that blends Jazz, Funk, Latin and Hip-Hop styles with traditional New Orleans brass sounds. The band style is most famous for Second Line brass band parades, a cultural heritage of New Orleans. The band was founded in June 2014 by Eriko (Trombone) and Yohei (Snare drum), who have been to New Orleans frequently, where they played with local musicians for gigs, street performances and Second Lines.
