"Favorite" is an EP that evokes the cityscape of neon lights shimmering through a monochrome night. Following the tracks "Rose," "Fake Smile," and "BRAND NEW BAD DAY"-which transform loneliness and the friction of modern life into positive energy-the groove leads into the final title track, "favorite." This closing piece brings a sense of liberation, like a mist finally clearing. It is a work that stays close to hearts weary from the city's bustle, helping them find a "small light" of hope.

Artist Profile

    A beatmaker based in Tokyo and residing in Kanagawa Prefecture. He began music production in junior high school using his father's MPC2000XL. Centered around sampling based hip-hop, he creates tracks spanning a wide range of styles from boom bap to trap and dance music. His exceptional talent has earned recognition from the scene's forefront, including being selected for the Jury Prize by producer KM in Mirage Collective's remix project. Leveraging recording, mixing, and mastering skills honed at vocational school, he handles every stage of production independently. Following appearances at Fukuoka's Oil Works events, he now expands his Tokyo based activities through providing tracks to artists, releasing his own work, and organizing events.
