When I was a kid, my grandmother repeatedly said, "Otento-sama is watching."
It means that you can't do bad things because the sun is always watching from the sky, you have to do it properly, but after becoming an adult and becoming a nightlife, you're seen as a moon rather than a celestial god. The song was drawn with the image that the cynical and ironic moon is looking down at the slope from the night sky, feeling that the frustrating emotions sway for a long time.
