hwamo will release its first single "mouiikai" on August 12.

This up-and-coming singer-songwriter has been attracting attention since the recent release of "Tom Saab" co-written in Thailand with DUSTY HUSKY, a Rapper active in Asia and around the world, on July 22 through DLiP RECORDS.

hwamo - Born in 1999. Born in Osaka to Korean parents, she grew up with ethnic music and dance from an early age.
He has been inundated with offers to perform mainly in the Kansai area, and has been active in various events, especially black music events.
In July 2024, she will visit the Noto Peninsula to perform at a charity event, and is also actively involved in charitable activities.

The lyrics, music, recording, and jacket design for this album were all done by the artist herself, with mixing and mastering by Tokyo-based 8ronix, and jacket photography and editing by photographer Ryo. The recording was done at a studio in Manpukuji Temple, located in Horie, Osaka.
The album is a collection of songs that express the emotions that hwamo felt while spending time with her loved ones, skillfully manipulating both Japanese and Korean to express them on top of the sound perfectly.
The delicate piano melody, which exudes warmth and sadness, is overlaid by a robust drums beat, and the result is a work that is uniquely hwamo, with a sense of respect for black music, which has greatly influenced hwamo.
