"Sanmu Ondo" is a *Bon Odori* (traditional summer dance) song that encapsulates the rich nature of Sanmu City, the warmth of its people, and local pride.
Weaving together the beautiful scenery and culture of the Matsuo, Hyuga, Hasunuma, and Naruto areas, the song beautifully expresses the sentiment of "four rays of brilliance merging into one."
With a catchy melody that anyone can hum along to and a call-and-response refrain "Sanmu, Sanmu, let's clap our hands" it is the perfect song for a *Bon Odori* that people of all ages, from small children to the elderly, can enjoy together. It is a song that naturally brings people together in a circle, connecting smiles.
We created this song not only for local festivals and events but also with the hope that it will be sung across generations as a "hometown anthem" for Sanmu City.
This summer, lets clap our hands, step in rhythm, and dance together to "Sanmu Ondo."
