Waking up in the midnight star
In the quiet corner of this sleeping town
A lone tanuki wanders through the streets
Pretending to be something else again
Oh God, this world is overflowing with evil
Burn it all down with your match, light the money…
Oh, night walker DNA
A teenager who can’t sleep from sadness
I want to become your ideal and hold you tight
Until the day I return to the universe
I want to light up these days
Waking up in the midnight moon
In the quiet lane of this sleeping city
A lonely girl wanders through the back alleys
Crying endlessly in the shadows
Oh God, walking the wolf through the night
Give the match girl’s money, let her burn it all…
Oh, night walker DNA
A teenager who can’t sleep from sadness
I want to become your ideal and hold you tight
Until the day I return to the universe
I want to light up these days

Artist Profile
Fujinuma, Shono
