Inspired by lyrics from bassist/vocalist Yu Sakai, this song was written, recorded, and engineered by guitarist/vocalist Toshiro Hanatsuka in his apartment in a public housing complex.
It's the first song he wrote after leaving Tokyo, where he had lived for over a decade.
From a new distance, he reflects on the city-mixing personal emotions with urban memories to create a poetic blend of scenery and sentiment.
Layered guitars build a sound that's noisy yet pop, while the lyrics quietly surrender to chaos-telling a small, human story.
