Artist Profile

KUNIKO
Started her career as a DJ, influenced by UK dubstep and traditional Okinawan folk songs. During her DJ apprenticeship, her Master Trainer encouraged her to immerse herself into a mix of Okinawan folk songs and Ryukyu Classical music. In her first EP Identity, She expresses her own unique world view by combining various genres with Okinawan folk songs that have greatly influenced her current shape.
