    NEOM / Neon Hailing from Neyagawa, Osaka, NEOM launched his career in his mid-teens, wielding a signature mellow flow and a versatile style that transcends the boundaries of traditional hip-hop. Following the 2025 release of his 4th EP, Tezukuri no Tsuki, his creative momentum has shown no signs of slowing. In April 2026, NEOM joins forces with beatmaker zyagyo from Hirakata for their latest collaborative project, OYUGIKAI. Now establishing a unique position as a "Rapper-Engineer," NEOM not only performs but also handles the engineering for his own works and those of his peers. By balancing intricate acoustic design with razor-sharp lyrics, NEOM continues to bring a fresh perspective to the Japanese music scene.
