    Joanna is a Trilingual Artist who expresses herself through Japanese, English, and Tagalog, delivering music and words that inspire and empower people. She made her debut while still in junior high school after applying for an audition on her own. She performed <Catch Your Dream> as the ending theme for the TV Tokyo anime <Kenichi The Mightiest Disciple>. She later performed <BEAUTIFUL WORLD> as the opening theme for the Nippon TV anime <The World Is Still Beautiful>, and contributed music to the overseas version of Square Enix's Nintendo DS game <The World Ends with You>, including <Deja Vu> and <DTM Crossover>. In addition to writing lyrics and composing music, Joanna is also active as a translator, radio DJ, narrator, and actress. In 2025, she was appointed as an official Go Ambassador by the Nihon Kiin and continues to promote Go through music and cultural activities. In 2026, she appeared in the film <Harukana The Go Board Knows So Please Dont Throw It Away>. Inspired by her role in the film, she wrote and composed its ending theme <Sound of Stone>. Crossing genres, languages, and cultures, Joanna continues to create music that connects with people around the world.
