**TOKISOBA - The Soba Time Trick -**
Trying to save a single coin, only to lose four instead!?
Late one night in Edo, a clever townsman stops at a roadside soba stall.
With a bowl of noodles costing sixteen coins, he comes up with a little trick: slipping the time of night into his count to pay less.
"Hey, soba seller! What time is it?"
His clever scheme works perfectly.
But when another man tries to copy the trick, things take an unexpectedly hilarious turn...
Inspired by the classic Japanese rakugo story *Tokisoba*, this track reimagines traditional Edo humor through playful Swing Hip-Hop.
Featuring expressive female rakugo storytelling, bouncy hip-hop beats, lively shamisen melodies, and a rhythmic counting hook.
The third installment of Edo LOFI's Rakugo Hip-Hop series, where traditional Japanese comedy meets modern music.
A little wit, a little greed, and a perfectly timed punchline.
**"One, two, three, four..."**
Liminal Reverie is an instrumental music project centered on the theme between reality and dreams. Between day and night. After the crowds fade away. Moments where reality and dreams have not yet fully separated. Liminal Reverie turns the lingering presence, afterglow, and quiet atmosphere of those moments into sound. The project is built on two complementary musical axes: Japanese side: Edo Lofi Western side: Liminal Reverie Each explores a different world, while sharing the same sense of liminality.
