The sea that does not meet the water is a collaboration between singer-songwriter Toriko Hakono and beat maker and trumpet player konb.
Toriko Hakono wrote the lyrics and added the vocals to the Portishead-inspired konb track. After reading the lyrics, konb completely replaced the track and completed the current version.
