As we move beyond the halfway point of life, we come to understand that slowing down can be more valuable than hurrying on.
Watching a river flow, revisiting old memories, reflecting on what our parents have passed on to us, feeling discouraged by comparisons, and smiling at our own imperfections.
Through these ordinary moments, I found the stories and feelings that became these songs.
This collection is about taking life a little more slowly, holding on to precious memories, and learning to accept ourselves as we are.
I hope these five songs provide a small moment of peace in the midst of a busy world.
