"NINE LIVES" is the lead single and opening statement of WillHalo's forthcoming debut album ANTI, set for release later this fall. Since he started making music in the seventh grade, 7 years ago, WillHalo pursued a path few of his peers understood, choosing an obsession with rap over everything else even as it drew mockery. Inspired by the "anti" philosophy tattooed on the hand of his favorite artist, Juice WRLD - refuse to be swayed, stay true to what you want no matter who doubts you - he built that idea into his own identity.

The song traces that journey directly: a kid who once only dreamed of chains and VVS diamonds, told by everyone around him that it would never happen, grinding harder than anyone to make it real. "NINE LIVES" is a statement of resilience - proof that every doubt only fed the hunger. As the first release from ANTI, it opens the rollout for a project that will chart WillHalo's full arc, from his earliest work through the major collaborations still to come, and introduces the album's core idea: in this life, you have to be anti - you can't follow the crowd, you have to do what you want to do.
