Lyric

Someday - jazz -

momorie, Mari Momose

Seems like it was yesterday when I was a little child

The innocent days nothing to be afraid of

Stars in the sky were there for me to take

In my heart I cherish the simple days

People say life is hard and I kind of know it's true

Sometimes I feel like letting go

But you just think twice girl, you gotta go your way

I know I can't go back to how it used to be

Someday I'll feel alright

Someday I'll sing for joy

Carry on through the wind, the rain, the trying times

Someday I'll shine a light

Down on this long and winding road

A day will come when I can smile

Just take a step forward in to my dreams

I've climbed many a mountain, I've cried a deep river

But I knew time was on my side

No matter what happens have faith in yourself

You know, nobody can take it away from you

Someday I'll feel alright

Someday I'll sing for joy

Carry on through the wind, the rain, the trying times

Someday I'll shine a light

Down on this long and winding road

A day will come when I can smile

Just keep my head up high and go on

Someday I'll feel alright

Someday I'll sing for joy

Carry on through the wind, the rain, the trying times

Someday I'll shine a light

Down on this long and winding road

A day will come when I can smile

Just take a step forward in to my dreams
