Takehiro
Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1983, he is a composer, arranger, and player of piano and synthesizers. After leaving his job as a school teacher due to health issues, he founded WATATAKE Sound Co., Ltd., operating from 2013 to 2017; the company handled sound source management, music production, and video creation. In late 2017, he signed a contract with TuneCore and began distributing his original music both domestically and internationally. He gained attention with a 2018 album of Japanese children's song covers and has since released arrangements of children's songs and traditional school songs, comical animal-themed tracks, and humorous original compositions. He also produces easy-listening albums, a genre he has loved since childhood. Influenced by easy-listening masters such as Paul Mauriat and Franck Pourcel, as well as Henry Mancini, Armando Trovajoli, Lalo Schifrin, Bert Kaempfert, and Brazilian music, he currently creates music that appeals to a wide range of generations. Additionally, he has resumed performing at live events after a hiatus caused by his health issues.
