今作は、網戸もえのオリジナル楽曲による
リメイク盤・ミニアルバム。
再度レコーディングを行ったセルフカバー集である。
今回の編曲アレンジには、前作同様の金戸俊悟。
（原曲はturtlemob（Yutaro Suwa、菅谷豊、網戸もえ）
収録曲は、2004年10月21日発表のメロウなミディアムロック・代表曲「カルマ」、
造語・グラマラスポップンパンク艶歌な 2005年5月「プラグ」、
誰もが受け入れやすいロックバラードな 2006年6月「ルーツ」、
生涯最初で最後のウエディングソング・贈る歌として 2007年発表・200枚配布＆二日で1万DLを記録した「ライフ」、など配信やライブなどでも好評な作品をなんと、再RECしたものである。また、ラストには瑞々しい学生バンド生活10曲目記念の 1993年「カラー」といったレアな楽曲（後に某コンテストにて賞を受賞。）と珠玉の一曲で締めくくる。

"Love is permission" and "It's okay." is the theme. She is a singer-songwriter from Tokyo, Japan. Her current activities include Cole Clark-FAT LADY I'm currently working on my own acoustic guitar.
