• DILAM

  DILAM is a dance and vocal group launched by Actors School Hiroshima (ASH)-the renowned academy that produced Perfume-as a bold new challenge in its 26th year. The group consists of three junior high school students, HINATSU (14), MEISA (15), and MIYABI (15), who emerged as winners of the ASH DREAM STAGE Audition held in the summer of 2025. The name "DILAM" is derived from the initials of "Draw In Like A Magnet." The Roman numeral "M" represents the three members and their distinct personalities, while also visually resembling the letter "M" in "Magnet." DILAM made their debut on February 23, 2026, at Hiroshima Club Quattro, releasing their first single, "Chasing Stars" (c/w "Still I Wonder"), on the same day. Combining dynamic dance performances with powerful vocals developed through years of training at ASH, the group radiates a presence that is both undeniably cool and refreshingly authentic. On August 1, 2026, DILAM released their Triple A-side Single, "Watch me Burnin' / Make Way!! / STATIC." The songs were created by DAICHI YOKOTA, a composer and producer who has also worked with GACKT. Their music spans a wide range of styles-from Bold dance tracks and Message-driven songs featuring rap, to powerful anthems about Carving out one's own Future, as well as mellow numbers that portray the emotional uncertainty of adolescence. Through their songs, DILAM gives voice to the hopes, anxieties, and impatience shared by their generation, while celebrating the courage to keep pursuing one's dreams. When their polished dance skills and powerful vocals come together, DILAM draws listeners in-just like a Magnet.
