DOTs Productionがすべての楽曲のビートを手掛けた。そして、Don Tecchがそのビートに声を入れることによって完成したアルバムが「End of Type Wars」である。Don TecchとDOTs Productionにとっては記念すべき1つ目のアルバムであり、半年以上の期間をかけ制作した。
Don Tecchは20歳のラッパーであるが、自身もDOTs Productionの一員であり、多くのビートを作成している。また、ミックスやマスタリングのほとんども自身で行っている。
今回のアルバムでは、ラップ以外の事も自分ででき、自身が新しいタイプであるというメッセージが込められている。また、Don Tecchが歌う内容の中には、地元の仲間やDOTs Productionのことが多い。
客演にはGamoBaby, Yatt, ELIONE, LIl Marley, U-$tunnaを呼んでいる。全員が違う個性を持ち、それぞれの思いを綴っている。
End of Type WarsはHIPHOPシーンに新しい風が吹き出すような作品である。
Artist Profile
Don Tecch
Don Tecch : Born in Saitama, Japan in 2003. He is a member of DOTs Production, a producer team based in Tokyo. He started making music at the age of 18 with local friends. He started by producing beats and providing them to local rappers and others. He then started rapping on his own, and began his music career in earnest with the release of his first single, "Risk&Alive. He gradually established his own style of rapping on his own beats. His sound is influenced by American trap style. Among others, he is strongly influenced by rappers and producers from ATL such as Lil Baby, Young thug, and ATL Jacob. His rapping is characterized by a convulsive style, but he also sings and raps in a way that makes him comfortable to listen to. He writes lyrics with a message about himself, his local friends, and society. His first album, "End of Type Wars," was co-written with DOTs Production. The guest artists on the album include well-known rappers such as ELIONE.
