A prayerful prelude marking the beginning of the second chapter in Miamiah's upcoming full-album trilogy: Chapter I "Museica ~ Saiso ~," Chapter II "Pacisorum ~ Waon ~," and Chapter III "Lovaria ~ Aine ~."
Raised in the peaceful era of post-war Japan and having lived through times of conflict while residing in the United States, Miamiah developed a deep-seated mission to share Japan's beauty and her unwavering conviction that war must never be repeated. This journey led her to create a unique lyrical style that blends Japanese and English, bridging cultures and hearts.
With a complex family heritage including Russian and Japanese-American roots, and a history tied to the atomic bombing, Miamiah speaks as an artist from the only nation to have experienced nuclear warfare. Released ahead of the August 6th and 9th anniversaries of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, this collection features three tracks: "Ocean Between Hearts," "Never To Be Seen Again," and "Hands Like Mine."
Launching on July 29th, the night of the full moon, Miamiah harmonizes soulful R&B with an intimate vocal presence, embracing the planet's vast sorrows and enveloping them in a lunar-like compassion. A quiet yet resolute declaration of peace, marking the path toward the completion of her ambitious trilogy.
