A collaboration between Nihonbashi Benmatsu Souhonten, the oldest bento shop in Japan, and Kishiri Toru, who creates fictional commercial songs.
Fictional commercial songs from the 1970s that never existed have been created in the style of TV commercials and special effects.
A wide range of versions are included, including 15-second, 30-second, and VHS recording-style versions.

  • Fictional Commercial Music Creator "Kishiri Toru"

    Formed around 2017 as a unit dedicated to creating fictional commercial songs, the group began by producing CM songs commissioned by imaginary companies, and has released over 75 such works to date. Their unique concept and high level of musicality have earned recognition, leading to commissions from real companies, organizations, and media programs since around 2020. They have since produced more than 25 official CM and theme songs, including works for the Yokohama Landmark Tower radio commercial and TBS Radio's Konekt. While rooted in a seemingly conceptual idea, their music spans a wide range of styles from pop to art rock, post-punk, new wave, and neo-soul. Combined with composer and vocalist Kyonosuke Yanase's unforgettable melodies and lyrics, they have established a strong artistic identity as CM song artists. Beyond studio production, their live performances are a defining strength. Through call and response elements based on their fictional CM songs, their shows are highly engaging even for first-time listeners, blending humor and emotion. In February 2025, they successfully held a one-man live show for an audience of 150 at Aoyama Tsukimi Ru Kimi Omou. On YouTube, their cover series of local Hokkaido CM songs has surpassed 600,000 total views. Since 2025, they have been affiliated with Good CM LLC. With appearances on major media such as TBS Radio and NHK, their fanbase continues to grow, and they are widely regarded as on the verge of a breakthrough. Continuing to challenge the conventional notion of CM songs as disposable, they aim to expand the possibilities of commercial music as a legitimate musical genre.
