• Every day is the climax

  Formed in 2021, Everyday is Climax is a four-piece band based in Tokyo. Led by vocalist and guitarist Haoto, who writes and composes all of the bands music, the group creates songs through the expressive power of a traditional band format. While balancing their careers as working adults, the members have continued to write, record, and release music, adapting their activities to different stages of life. Their current focus is on songwriting and recording, with releases taking priority over live performances. Their music explores the emotions that arise from everyday life conflict, the passage of time, encounters, and farewells. Rather than offering easy answers, they confront these experiences head-on, expressing fundamental questions about what it means to be human and what it means to live through honest lyrics, memorable melodies, and an uncompromising band sound. Blending elements of emo, alternative rock, rock, and pop without being confined to any single genre, the band values powerful guitar driven arrangements and group vocal harmonies, pursuing a timeless sound that can only be created by a band playing together. The current lineup has released two EPs, both of which are available on major streaming platforms.
