A sacred chant echoes through the darkness.
"MONTAGEM TENEBRIS" is the new track from DJ LYNTRA - a dark Brazilian phonk piece where a Latin male choir collides head-on with heavy, distorted 808s.
"Tenebris" is the Latin word for "darkness."
The track opens with a quiet choir that sounds as if it's rising from deep inside a cathedral.
Then, at nine seconds, everything drops.
Over crushing bass and bouncing claps, the choir keeps ringing out - part prayer, part battle cry.
The sacred and the savage. Light and shadow. Prayer and impulse.
This is the heat that comes when opposites collide, captured in 1 minute 32 seconds.
For late-night drives, for the gym, for your next edit.
Let it play in the dark.
