This is the first maxi single with three songs released in 2011 by singer-songwriter Kana AKARI.
It includes three songs: 1) " Negai (Wish)," a song about the conflicting melancholic feelings of her youth. 2)"Himitsu (Secret)," a metaphor for the blossoming and falling of a flower in one-sided love that should not fall. 3) "Yayoi no Sora, Aoi Tsuki ( Sky in March, A Blue Moon)," a Japanese-style rock song about remembering a person who will never meet again.

Artist Profile

  • Kana AKARI

    Kana AKARI is a singer-songwriter, born in Gunma, Japan. She works on music with a background in 90's songs, anime songs, and V-ROCK. She started playing piano, singing in a chorus and playing trombone and oboe in the school brass band. She began live performances in 2009 and released her first mini CD Mitsugetsukuu in 2011 and her second mini CD Ito in 2012. Furthermore, she also worked as a radio presenter on Kawasaki FM and FM Urayasu from 2011 to 2012. Then, she temporarily stopped her activities in 2013 due to go on to university. From 2015 to 2016, she has studied English in Vancouver, Canada. After a decade, she resumed her activities in 2023, is energetically performing live mainly in her hometown Maebashi. She release her third mini CD Restaurant Scapegoat on January 25th, 2025. The title song Restaurant Scapegoat is newly ranked at the top 100 songs in the iTunes Store (Japan) on February 1, 2025.
