This album, Afterglow, follows the memories of an old man.
When he was a child, he watched his parents die in the war.
Standing beneath a sky turned to ashes, something inside him froze - and yet time kept moving.
Afterglow I - The Burned Sky
The red, silent sky of the day everything was lost.
Afterglow II - Lights of the Black Market
Small flames of survival, when hunger outweighed righteousness.
Afterglow III - Factory Smoke - Iron and Ambition
A nation rising again.
Beyond the smoke - was it hope, or restlessness?
Afterglow IV - The Light That Keeps Running - A Night That Won't Fade
A life spent chasing what can never return.
And finally,
Afterglow V - The Table at Dusk - The Light That Continues
The city grew taller.
The nights became brighter.
The country moved forward.
But within him, the color of that sky never disappeared.
He survived.
But survival alone was never enough.
Still, life goes on.
Like the quiet light falling across a dinner table at dusk -
fragile, yet undeniably present.
These five songs are not about grand history.
They are about the light that remains within one human life.
Something that almost fades, but never fully does.
That is what I call Afterglow.
