    Yukitaka Mouri / vocals, guitar KANA / keyboards, synthesizer, vocals, chorus Wakimo / bass, chorus Cobalt Boy is a Fukuoka-based band that connects the missing link between '90s guitar pop and Japanese city pop, a direct descendant of Creation/Rough Trade. From 2019 to 2021, they self-released "hiyodori naiteru EP", "Utopia", "Sakura ga Chitte Haru", "Utopia (Remix)", "A Drawing Boy", and "fever (Futuristic ver.)". In September 2021, they released their first album, "SANSO", on CD, vinyl record, and digitally through ROSERECORDS, headed by Keiichi Sogabe. After member changes other than Mouri (v/g), they released their first new song in three years, "Breath", in July 2024, and "Tropical" in September. Boy". A new song, "Silent Moon", will be released in March 2025. A new album will be released this spring.
