SO CLOSE SO FAR
Check on me
Check on me
Check on me
Baby
So sweet
Night time, Night time
Check on me now, Check on me
I already know that
(I know that)
I just want you close
I feel, want it, love me, need it
Check on me Check on me now
I feel, want it, love me, need it
Take me away, take me now
Check on me now, Check on me
You already know that
(You know that)
I just want you close
I feel, want it, love me, need it
Check on me, Check on me now
I feel, want it, love me, need it

MARIN
Started songwriting and singing at age 16. In 2007, made a debut as a member of a singer unit with their first album, later transitioning to a solo career. In 2013, released the solo album "Unchained," which was selected for iTunes' "BEST OF 2013 (R&B/Soul category)." In 2015, launched the radio show "Girls Blast" on Rakuten FM, which later moved to the WREP platform before concluding in September 2018. Around this time, also began providing music to other artists. In 2016, opened a café-style juice bar named "JUICE BAR WAVE" in Gakugei-daigaku. Upon relocating to Kitasenju in 2018, renamed it to "JUICE BAR ROCKET" and simultaneously opened "STUDIO ROCKET" on the 2nd floor. In 2020, launched the video creation team "Coldpressed," where, alongside the stage name MARIN, works as a creator under the name MARIN SAKURAI, handling both shooting and editing. On November 30, 2021, digitally released the single "Check on me," marking the first solo release in about 8 years. MARIN handled the songwriting and artwork for this track, with beats produced by nabepro and mixing/mastering by Mizuki Alexandra. MARIN also directed, edited, and choreographed both the Music Video and Dance Video for the release.
