RAY
A female idol group unveiled on May 1, 2019. They embody the concept of "the most cutting-edge alternative idol". They have received music contributions from creators of shoegaze and alternative genres, such as Parannoul, Ringo Deathstarr, Daniel Knowles (Amusement Parks on Fire), Yoshida Ichiro Untouchable World, MO'SOME TONEBENDER, Yusuke Hata (cruyff in the bedroom), Azusa Suga (AprilBlue, ex. For Tracy Hyde), ishikawa (shinda boku no kanojo) and Kensei Ogata. RAY is currently active as a four-member group consisting of Yua Uchiyama, Shizuku Kotoyama, Mao Tsukiumi and Mikoto Tsumugi. In October 2023, they released 3rd album "Camellia" with "kayoubi no ame" as the lead track, produced by the dream team of Robin Aoki (downy, zezeco), Kentaro Nakao (Crypt City, Bossatsukaido, ex. NUMBER GIRL), BOBO (MIYAVI, TK from Ling Tosite Sigure etc.), and Kengo Matsumoto (THE NOVEMBERS).
